Первая претензия: есть подозрение , что изначально прикрепленные к заказу фото продавцом - это фото другого букета. Возможно заранее сделали одно фото и рассылают всем. Абсолютно не похож. Это видно на первых двух фотографиях: первое фото от курьера во время достиавки, второе - наше фото сразу после распаковки букета. Видно что цветов мало и они уже подвявшие. Вторая претензия: свежесть цветов. Они опали на следующий день. Это фото было сделано на следующий день после доставки. Требую полного возврата денег.
