They handled the changes to my order with great love and understanding, and they met with urgent decorations the next day. They even matched the ribbon to the new buttercream! We were thrilled with everything; you brought a festive touch to our home. :)

I didn't take off a star for the delivery, but next time, please don't deliver flowers 35 minutes before the pre-arranged time and don't call the recipient to let them know about the delivery. I chose the "surprise" option and specified a specific time when the recipient would be home.
