Very bad delivery experience. They used a courier who asked the recipient for extra money and then cursed her out. Needless to say that this ruined the whole experience

Flowers were just different. Peony-shaped roses on the picture, but on the photo of my order there were a regular roses and seller was trying to explain me that on the picture were regular roses too. But i 100% can say that they were not
