Букет в целом красивый, но многие цветы заменили молча, не согласовав со мной. Ни одного сообщения и вопроса о том, подойдёт ли мне замена, не было. Курьер приехал не с той стороны дома и даже не вышел из машины. Почему-то не мог связаться, хотя был указан номер, и оператор связаться смог. Букет не самый дешёвый, как и остальные позиции в этом магазине, поэтому за такую цену ожидаю нормальный сервис и хотя бы такой же состав по цветам. Не начала диспут только потому, что мама не видела оригинал заказа и сказала, что получилось красиво.
