Very disappointing experience. The recipient was spoken to rudely while a delivery was being arranged, and the representative then cancelled the order and abruptly ended the call. When I contacted the shop and explained that this was a birthday gift meant for the recipient's birthday, and expressed my disappointment, they provided an inaccurate account of events rather than trying to resolve the issue. The recipient then contacted them directly again, only to be met with the same attitude, further rudeness, and another abruptly ended call. Poor communication, unprofessional behaviour, and extremely disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this shop.
