Thank you so much for your work and for giving me emotions. In my case, without the opportunity to personally give them to my loved ones, I thank you for the opportunity to do this from a distance.🤍

about the shop
We ordered a bouquet for my mom's birthday; we live in different cities. When the shop couldn't reach my mom by phone, they contacted me immediately, and everything was resolved quickly. Polite, high-quality, and customer-focused. The flowers were fresh and beautiful! My mom was very pleased. And we were too, of course. Thanks to Fresh and manager Natalia!! I highly recommend!

Special thanks for the delivery. I was sending this as a gift from out of town. It turned out the recipient was out of town, so the courier waited and delivered the bouquet. The service was understanding and polite. My mother, an elderly woman, was very complimentary about the delivery.
The flowers were just like the photo, a beautiful and fragrant bouquet. I was delighted with everything.
