The cake looks great and the label is neat, but the delivery was a real letdown. It was supposed to be a surprise, but the courier delivered it to the wrong address and then called to say he'd delivered it to the wrong person. Of course, he probably wouldn't have known otherwise that the customer numbers were mixed up...but then it was quickly delivered to the correct address.
