Step 1. Download the App

Grab your phone and download the Flowwow Seller app.

It's your first step to sell online!

Step 2. Register Your Profile

Once you've installed the app:

1. ‘Enable’ notifications to stay informed about new orders and messages.

2. Tap ‘Sign up’.

3. Accept our Terms and Conditions and tap ‘Let’s begin’.

4. Enter your mobile phone number in the international format.

5. Use the SMS code sent to your phone as your login password.

Psst – remember, your phone number is your username, and the SMS code is your password for both the app and the website!

Step 3. Set Up Your Shop Profile

1. Provide your shop’s address.

2. Specify your working hours.

3. Fill in the legal bits as required in your country.

4. Add at least 15 items to begin receiving new orders more quickly. The more items you have, the more likely customers are to place orders with you.

  1. Upload high-quality photos that truly showcase the beauty of your product from every angle. It's important that the pictures are original and not taken from other people's social media or websites; 
  2. Set a price for each item. Ensure that the prices on Flowwow match those on your other selling platforms, such as your website;
  3. List every little detail — ingredients for cakes, materials for crafts, or types of flowers.
  4. Write a product description. Tell your customers why your product is a must-have, who it's perfect for, and on which special occasions it shines.

5. Set up your delivery conditions on the website.

Offer your customers comfortable delivery options pick-up or have the product delivered by your team.

Set up delivery zones (up to 7), so customers know exactly where you can send your products.

  1. Distance: define how far you’ll go for deliveries, whether it’s 3, 5, 10, or even 15 kilometers.
  2. Fees and speeds: let customers know what they’ll pay for delivery and how quickly they can expect their orders for each delivery zone (e.g., 30 minutes / 1 hour, etc).

Now, Meet the App

Think of the Flowwow Seller app as your new business Head Office. It consists of several key sections. 

Profile

Here, you'll manage all the info about you and your shop, access support chat and other analytics. Friendly tip: customize your shop's name, logo, and description to stand out from competitors.

Items

Your very own virtual storefront! Add more products and manage their availability. 

Orders

Keep track of all your orders and their statuses, from confirmation to delivery.

You can run your shop on your own and choose to temporarily hide it and pause new orders when you're not available to accept them.

Chat

Speak directly with customers and reach out to us if you have any questions. It’s your go-to for customer engagement and instant assistance.

After you've set up your shop and listed your products, they'll go through a quick moderation process. This step helps us to ensure your shop looks great and ready. Once approved, your shop will be live and ready to receive orders! 🚀
