How much does it cost?

  1. The only fee that applies to orders placed via a direct link to your shop is a 3% card processing fee.
  2. The Flowwow platform fee is 0%.
  3. Customers will not earn any bonus points for such orders.

How to get a link to your Flowwow shop?

To get a link, you need to complete 3 simple steps:

  1. Open the web version of your Flowwow Seller personal area.
  1. Hover your mouse over your shop logo in the left corner of the screen, then click Shop Page.
  2. This opens a window. Copy your shop link from the browser address bar.

The link should look like this: https://flowwow.com/shop/lasflore/.

Please note that the link should not contain any additional words or symbols, even if this link still points to your Flowwow shop page.

For zero platform fees to apply, orders must be placed on Flowwow’s website using its mobile or desktop version. All orders placed in the Flowwow mobile app will be subject to regular fees.

Are there any possible scenarios where a customer used your link, but you were charged a fee anyway?

Yes, this may happen. There are several possible reasons:

  1. You have provided an incorrect link. Follow our instructions in this article to make sure the link is correct.
  2. The customer placed an order using the mobile app. The first version of this feature covers the website only, therefore orders placed using the app are subject to regular fees.
  3. The customer visited other Flowwow pages and returned to your shop page using the product catalogue or the shop catalogue. Similarly to the mobile app case, in the first version of this feature, such orders will be subject to regular fees.
