If you are not receiving orders at all or not receiving enough orders, do not worry. Here are a few time-tested tips that will help you jump-start your e-commerce business on Flowwow.
How can you track your sales?
The web version of your Flowwow Seller personal area features a convenient dashboard. Your dashboard shows revenue trends, average order value, orders, conversion rate. All this information is presented in a clear and easy-to-understand way, and the data is available for any period. You can also view your statistics in the ‘Progress’ section of the Flowwow Seller mobile app.

I am not receiving enough orders. What can I do?
Step 1. Make sure your assortment is appropriate for selling on Flowwow.
Flowwow is primarily a gift marketplace. Therefore, the most popular categories are floral arrangements, gift sets, potted plants, cakes and pastries, jewellery. This is why when building your assortment matrix, you should take into account Flowwow’s unique selling proposition. It may be a commercially good idea to bundle certain items into gift boxes rather than sell them separately. For example, you can create a box with ginger cookies and tea or coffee.
Step 2. Improve your product cards and storefront.
✅ Check the number of active items on your storefront. Just 10 items are enough to pass moderation, but not enough to generate significant sales. List at least 15 items and gradually expand your product range making it more diverse.
✅ Make sure your product cards look attractive:
- Add more high-quality product photos taken from various angles and videos. Items must be fully visible in the first photo. The item in the main photo must take up around 70% of the frame.
- Check whether your item description in the product card provides answers to the following questions: What occasions is this item meant for? / How big is this dessert? / etc.
- Make sure to provide details of item composition and dimensions.
- Does your item have a catchy name? ‘Kids' cake #1’ and ‘Kids' cake #2’ are probably not the best naming ideas. Here are a few examples of good item names: ‘Meringue red velvet roll’, ‘Strawberry Bento Cake’, ‘Caramel Cappuccino Roses’, ‘Melting Hearts — Wax Melts and Wax Holder’.
- Make sure your pricing is competitive for the respective category.
✅ Your storefront:
- Check which of your items are visible to customers first. Use the ‘Top 18’ tool to place your most popular items higher on your storefront. Customers will see such items first.

Step 3. Brand presentation and shop reputation.
✅ Check your shop's description. It should be catchy.
✅ Do you have a logo? If not, then create it. To do this, you can hire a graphic designer or use online services (neural networks) like Canva, Looka, and logoai.
✅ Shop rating and reviews:
- Shop ratings are calculated based on customer ratings and reviews. On Flowwow, all customer reviews are real. There is no room for rating manipulation. We do not delete customer reviews, so we urge you to be careful and take great care to maintain a high rating for your shop.
- At the same time, remember that each order may convert into a positive review and a high rating, which contributes to ensuring that your shop is placed higher on the search results page. So please feel free to ask customers to leave a review about their order.

Step 4. Check your delivery zone settings.
✅ Create up to 7 delivery zones and try offering free delivery within the zone closest to your shop. Customers on Flowwow are unlikely to place an order with a shop that has higher-than-average delivery fees.
- Please note that you will only be receiving orders within your set delivery zones. The estimated delivery time seen by customers is calculated as follows: Item Production Time + Delivery Time you set in your delivery zone settings.
- It is recommended to set up more delivery zones for customers located closer to your shop to see that your delivery time is only 30 minutes, not 60. After all, if the delivery address is next door, you can be 100% sure that you can deliver an order within 30 minutes, not within an hour.

Step 5. Make sure that you are using all the available Flowwow marketing tools.
✅ Cashback rewards, bonus points, and discounts:
- On Flowwow, discounts are marked with the ‘%’ label in product cards. Customers can filter items by the ‘Discount’ parameter and specify their desired discount percentage. By increasing the discount rate applicable to your items, you can make sure that your shop appears more often in search results when customers sort items by discount. Apart from that, increased cashback rewards can attract customers who regularly redeem their bonus points.
- Please be careful with discounts. Do not abuse discounts, otherwise customers will stop buying other nondiscount items and you will lose revenue.
- Here is a lifehack: set discounts on items that are in greater demand. Another option is to lower prices on specific items you want to promote.

✅ Supershop:
The Supershop badge is a hallmark of high-quality goods and excellent customer service. Flowwow vouches for its Supershops. At the same time, as a Supershop, you get higher priority on the search results page and an opportunity to become featured in Flowwow’s selections and in those by mass media.

✅ WowPass bonus point program
WowPass is a Flowwow loyalty program for both customers and Sellers. After placing each order on Flowwow, customers earn bonus points (cashback rewards) redeemable only when buying from participating shops. Apart from that, gift promo codes are only redeemable when buying from WowPass member shops.
64% of orders on Flowwow are repeat purchases placed by customers who have a history of previous orders and have earned bonus points.
