The 'Supershop' badge is a marketing tool to help boost your sales. It shows customers that your store offers high-quality products, delivers excellent service, and is consistently reliable, which translates to increased customer trust. Additionally, Supershop status elevates your search ranking, leading to increased order visibility and ultimately, more sales.
How do I join the program?
Joining the program is free and automatic upon activating your store. Each month, your store's performance is evaluated to determine if it meets the necessary criteria to maintain the badge.
The 3 pillars of Supershop success:
- Orders: Complete at least 10 orders marked as "Delivered".
- Store rating: Maintain an average rating of at least 4.8 points based on all completed orders.
- Order cancellations: Keep your cancellation rate below 10% for orders in the month. Cancellations occur when you choose not to fulfill an order. For details on cancellation fees, please refer to clause 6.5 of our Terms of Use.

If I receive the ‘Supershop’ status, will the penalty for cancellations be higher for me than for a regular shop?
No. Since May 2024, the fines for cancellations are consistent for both regular shops and 'Supershops':
- the order is in the 'New' status – 100% of the Flowwow fee for this order;
- the order is in the 'Accepted' status – 150% of the Flowwow fee for the order;
- the first cancellation in a month has no fine.
