Сделал заказ цветов через сервис Flowwow в 12:12. Время доставки было указано с 14:17 до 16:17. В итоге заказ так и не был доставлен. Поддержка сервиса не отвечает, магазин тоже полностью игнорирует сообщения. Никакой информации о заказе, никаких объяснений или попыток решить проблему. Очень неприятный опыт: заказ оформлен, время прошло, доставки нет, а со стороны сервиса — полная тишина. Складывается впечатление, что всем просто всё равно. Сервис, конечно, «супер».
