Букет красивый, положили по просьбе открытку с подписью. Но сервис оставляет желать лучшего: в приложении не отвечают, не предупредили что задерживаются, дозвониться нереально. Дело сдвинулось только после обращения в поддержку приложения. К цветам претензий нет, они действительно хорошие, но если хотите пощекотать нервы с сервисом и доставкой - можете смело обращаться в этот магазин.
