Очень приятный персонал, вежливые люди. Доставка оперативная и в срок. По поводу самого букета: позвонили и сообщили что каких-то цветов для букета нет и их заменят, думал различия будут не особо заметны, но сравнив образец представленный в магазине и который привезли мне обнаружил их моментально, как по мне замена цветов максимально не уместна и портит композицию.
