Состав букета НАДО СОГЛАСОВЫВАТЬ! Букет был в одном виде на сайте, собрали другой, заменив состав, не согласовав. Прислали фото и без подтверждения, что можно такой отправлять, послали в доставку. Потом уже по телефону оправданием было: надо во время согласовывать. ТАК ВЫ НЕ ДАЛИ ЭТОГО СДЕЛАТЬ! Цветы свежие, всегда была в восторге от сервиса, но вот этот случай просто убил. Букет с доставкой не малых денег стоит и такая подстава. Ужасно расстроена
