Курьер приехал позже указанного в заказе промежутка (заказывали в промежуток с 09:00 до 11:00, а приехал в 11:40) при этом никто не предупредил о задержке. При звонке получателю курьер несколько раз переспрашивал номер квартиры и этаж (с учётом того, что все необходимые данные были в прикрепленном листке заказа и указаны в заказе), в том числе цвет двери.
