Букет начал осыпаться как только я взяла его из рук курьера , сразу же связалась с магазином. На что мне бы предложен возврат ( 31 августа в 20.00). По их мнению я должна была бегать в ночи искать новый букет накануне 1 сентября, хотя доставку я оформляла за неделю.
