Называется ожидание/реальность. Получили абсолютно другой букет,а не тот,который был на фото: бумага другая,розы,судя по фото,тоже обычные,а не пионовидные. Я понимаю,что товар мог закончится,но можно же написать и согласовать замену. В общем,разочарована(((
