Заказывал совсем другой букет, НО мне позвонили и сказали что его нет в наличии, уже звоночек, магазин не следит за наличием. Ладно, согласовал новый букет, вроде неплохой, когда он пришёл, был жухлый, гортензия вообще мертвая. Заменили бы уже другим любым цветком. Согласовали другую открытку, потому что выбранной В ОЧЕРЕДНОЙ РАЗ НЕ БЫЛО. Можно было бы хотя бы написать то, что я просил, на пустой открытке, но видимо это очень сложно. P. S. Все рекомендации по их содержанию были соблюдены. Хотя их бы это уже явно не спасло, ибо передали уже вялый букет...
