Букет странно сплющен, как будто его чем-то придавили. Краска на цветах не просохла, цветы все слиплись, следы отпечатываются на упаковочной бумаге. Доставка кошмарная, курьер дважды приехал не к тому дому, пришлось бегать за ним кругами, а потом ещё и отказывался отдавать букет, так как доставку ему не оплатили. Ладно хоть эту проблему смог решить менеджер после нашего звонка в магазин. К сожалению, цветы забирал муж, сама бы отказалась забирать такое.
