Магазин сделал букет, который не соответствует букету, указанному в каталоге. После того как они отправили мне фото, я попросила исправить его, но итогу мне сказали, что букет уже передан в доставку и я должна была оценить фото букета в течении 15 минут после его загрузки. Меня обвинили в несвоевременной оценке фото и пытались убедить, что товар соответствует. Букет отдали в доставку без моего одобрения, по итогу доставки я открыла спор с магазином, запросив возврат 50% от стоимости. Магазин потребовал вернуть букет, но его к этому моменту уже доставили по указанному адресу. По завершении спора платформой мне вернули 50% стоимости от товара. Так же в результате спора выяснилось, что букет отдали сразу же в момент загрузки фото и магазин не стал ожидать моего одобрения на отправку. Так же специалистами платформы подтвердилось несоответствия собранного букета, букету из каталога. Очень жаль, что такая ситуация сложилось со мной и магазином, но я хотела бы оставить честный отзыв.
