Доставленный букет НЕ соответствует тому что был заказан, замену цветов в букете магазин не согласовал, фото букета перед доставкой не прислали. Испортили настроение получателю (так как цветы были не того цвета что любит человек из за замены которую не согласовал магазин) Так же были недочеты по доставке, нужно было узнать адрес у получателя и выставить счет на доставку, пока я не напала магазину, магазин не решал этот вопрос Очень расстроена результатом
