Certain flowers were missing from the bouquet, and without prior approval, they replaced them themselves and almost shipped it. Fortunately, we called and made adjustments; photos were taken from different angles and accompanied by flowers as an apology for the discrepancy. The store cares deeply about its customers, and I hope they would contact the customer promptly and wait for feedback before shipping.
