They wrote right away, explained everything honestly, and offered to make some minor changes to the bouquet. In the end, the bouquet turned out even brighter, fuller, and more beautiful than expected! The service was simply top-notch. The recipient was delighted! I highly recommend it!

My father is recovering from a wound in the Soviet Military District, and unfortunately, he couldn't celebrate his birthday at home. I really wanted to congratulate him, so we had to reschedule the delivery, but the seller was accommodating.
They delivered everything on time, beautifully packaged it, signed the card, and decorated it with cute hearts. 🥹♥️

A wonderful idea, perfectly executed! From accommodating my special requests, to the pleasant interaction with the seller, the festive decoration, the delicious filling, and even the delivery! The festive morning was definitely a success, and the tea set will serve as a fond reminder. I'd especially like to note the seller's kindness and thoughtfulness; I didn't have any extra hassle, but all issues were resolved very quickly. I'll be using them again.
