Why should I communicate and pay only via Flowwow?
Payment and communication through Flowwow provide you with protection under our Service Terms, Payment Processing Terms, Backout and Refund Rules and other security measures. Besides, it's easier to find and refer to important order details in that way. We will not be able to provide these benefits if your order is placed and paid not through Flowwow.

When you place an order and choose the payment method "Credit card", money gets frozen by your bank, i.e. it is hold for subsequent writing off. At this time, your bank reduces your available balance on the card by the amount you have spent, but doesn't write it off.
In fact, the funds from your card are written off only after the bank receives a financial confirmation of the executed operation. If you place an order in the app — this is the time when the order will be delivered, on the website - the moment of acceptance your order by florists.
Funds are kept by Flowwow (not by the contractor store) from the moment of their write-off and 3 days after delivery. They are kept by Flowwow for the case if you will have any questions about the delivered order. You can open a dispute with the contractor store in these three days and the funds will not be paid to them until the situation with you will be settled. To open a dispute, it is necessary to leave a negative review about this contractor store. After that, you will be asked to open dispute.

Payment or communication outside the Flowwow platform makes it difficult for us to protect your information. As for you, the risk to be burned or to face other security problems increases.
