Заказывал букет, цветы доставили не того цвета, букет был собран не слишком аккуратно (на карточке товара все выглядит совершенно иначе), но после обращения продавец согласился на возврат букета и потраченных средств, за это отдельная благодарность. Также хочется отметить курьера, который доставлял цветы, приятный и доброжелательный мужчина. В общем впечатления от самого товара остались не самые приятные, но сервис порадовал
