Make sure that all your card details are correct, a name and surname must be entered in English as specified on a card. The CVV code is the last 3 digits located on the back of your card. In most cases, a reason for rejecting an operation and recommendation on correction are also displayed. If a bank rejects your payment, you need to contact your bank's support service (the free number is specified on your card) or to try to pay by another card.
