Получательница в восторге! Она сразу сказала, что букет очень большой, и что это "лучшая клубника за сто лет" 😁 Очень вкусная и сочная ягода, очень вкусный шоколад.
Как отправитель хочу поблагодарить за клиентоориентированность и человеческое отношение: когда в день предполагаемой доставки выяснилось, что получательница не сможет принять букет, и была назначена доставка на другой день, мне позвонили и предупредили, что доставка переносится - просто чтобы я не переживала. Было очень приятно и трогательно.
