Everything was great! I ordered delivery for my mom's birthday from another region. The delivery was fast and on time. There was a slight force majeure on my part: I ordered flowers individually and made a mistake with the quantity. The store noticed and immediately notified me/clarified via messages. I needed to add one more flower stem, and they immediately provided a link with an additional fee, no problem.
They included a card with my message, and even printed it out. The only thing is that the balloons on the store card are matte, but in reality they're glossy/metallic. It's not a deal-breaker for me, but it would be better to update the product card or clarify in the product description that there may be differences.
