Изначально букет (по моему мнению) не совсем соответствовал карточке товара (цветовой гаммой), поэтому попросила флориста изменить упаковку. Флорист все исправил, отправляя примеры, из которых можно выбрать. Такой подход к клиенту, чтобы ему действительно понравилось- очень порадовал)) получательница довольна, цветы свежие, букет очень красивый получился❤️

Менеджер или флорист- очень внимательная: не было французской розы изначального цвета, поэтому позвонили и предложили заменить на другой цвет)
