Цветы привезли заветренные, даже некоторые были гнилые. Доставщик некорректно общался (при том что была указана квартира и этаж, после просьбы поднять цветы, доставщик спросил, а вам еще и поднять надо? И сбросил трубку. В итоге позвонили и поменяют букет! Я с большим респектом к сервису этого магазина! Вообщем как заменили, сразу море радости!) спасибо!
