За три часа до доставки оказалось, что кондитерская либо не может доставить торт вообще, либо с опозданием на 3-4 часа. По словам представителя, из-за проблем с электричеством, невозможно было сделать крем из сливок и крем чиза. Мои предложения заменить крем, чтобы всё-таки успеть, были встречены отказом.
