I needed a cake for a gender reveal party. The thing is, I live in Moscow, but the cake was for my grandmother in Chelyabinsk! I also had a rather unusual request: it was important for the cake to have a bright, vibrant blue filling and for it to be opaque from the outside, so the surprise would last until the very end! It was important for me to discuss all the details, and the pastry chef was truly a master of her craft! She discussed everything with me and took into account every detail so that I would be satisfied and not worry (and I was incredibly worried 😱) because I wouldn't have even been able to check the cake myself before giving it to my grandmother, and the surprise element was very, very important to me! Overall, everything was top-notch! Thank you so much for helping me with such an incredibly important surprise!!
