In case the delivery time needs to be agreed with the recipient, when would they be called?

Yes. On the delivery day, the seller will send the recipient an SMS to confirm the address and a convenient delivery time. If there’s no reply, the courier will call the recipient before delivery.
If your delivery is scheduled for a future date, the seller will contact the recipient on the delivery day, usually in the first half of the day.
You can always check the selected delivery time in the Orders section on the website or in the app.
