Рассказываю. У мамы было ДР 77 лет. Выбрала букет по фото. На фото был пышный букет , большие ромашки, длинные цветы, которые поднимаются над корзиной, корзинка соломенного цвета. Фото, букета которое прислали мне абсолютно отличалось. Корзинка была белая, сливалась с цветами. Цветы мелкие и коротенькие. Я связалась с магазином. Мне ответили, что объехали все базы и корзинку не нашли ( я не верю, что ездили на какие то базы, за один час, вообще не понимаю этой истории). В итоге переговоров нашли корзинку у своих соседей ( с их слов). Я спросила будет ли букет , как на фото из каталога , представленного на сайте, будут ли цветы длиннее , мне ответили «да». Привезли мелкие ромашки, см 3 ствол , то есть совершенно не тот букет , который у них на картинке заявлен. Общение мне не понравилось. Я старалась оставаться доброжелательной , чтобы не портить настроение себе и маме праздник. Да, мне предложили отказаться от заказа. Я бы отказалась, если бы располагала временем. Заказов через Flow от меня больше не будет.
