Заказала букет в промежуток с 10:00 до 10:30. Нужен был на церемонию, которая начиналась ровно в 11:00. В итоге цветы привезли только в 11:00. Задержка в 30 минут - это слишком много. Испортили настроение и заставили понервничать. Магазин написал, что это от них не зависит, так как они искали курьера. Я заказывала цветы в других магазинов и такой большой задержки еще не встречала.
