Букет получился очень даже симпатичный и получателю понравился. Но все же оформление и размер не совсем соответствовали фотографиям букета на сайте (там он прям такой большой и пышный, а в реальности получился немного скромнее). В плане обслуживания всё хорошо. Сотрудники очень оперативно и вежливо отвечали в чате, готовы были помочь с любым вопросом. Доставка слегка задержалась. В принципе это не критично, но конкретно в моей ситуации любые 20 минут могли сыграть роль потому что я знал, что получателю нужно уходить в определённое время (поэтому и выбрал более ранний временной слот). В итоге получатель остался доволен и это самое главное, но лично мне как человеку, который делал заказ пришлось немного попереживать из за того, что букет всё же оказался немного не такой большой и пышный как на фото на сайте.
