Здравствуйте! Сегодня, 6 сентября, я получил букет по заказу на сумму 5300 рублей. Заявленное качество «свежих цветов» не соблюдено. При визуальном осмотре обнаружены явные признаки увядания и порчи: 1. У роз сухие, потемневшие (коричневые) и сморщенные края лепестков. 2. Лепестки потеряли упругость, часть из них начала обсыпаться. 3. Присутствуют вялые бутоны и листья (потеря тургора). Фотографии букета, сделанные сразу при получении, прилагаю (см. вложения). Видно, что цветы явно не первой свежести.
