Снизила отзыв за то, что не согласовали букет (хотела добавить количество цветов за дополнительную плату, не смогла-курьер уехал). И букет выглядит не так, как на фотографии. Не такой пышный. А поскольку приобретая данную услугу я дарю не цветы, а впечатление, то я как покупатель осталась недовольна сервисом магазина в данном случае. Если бы они выслали фотографию до отъезда курьера, мы бы добавили цветы и им это интересно (сумма выше) и мне (я точно получаю то, что нужно мне).
