Заказ был испорчен полностью из-за халатности службы доставки! Изначально доставка была на 09:30–10:00 13.09.2026, потом в 10:00 пришло сообщение о том, что доставка задерживается при этом время назначено не было. Получатель не дождался и ушел из дома. В 11:37 поставили перед фактом что через 31 минуту ждите доставку. Время поменяли в одностороннем порядке, ни со мной, ни с получателем не согласовали. В итоге человек цветы так и не получил. Подарок не получился, настроение испорчено. Требую пересмотреть качество работы вашей службы доставки и вернуть деньги за заказ, так как услуга была оказана некачественно. Очень разочарован!
