This was our first time using this store. Everything was perfect: the app, real photos, fast and easy ordering, prices, and delivery. They sent a photo of the bouquet when it was ready. I want to thank the store staff for their excellent work!!! Everything turned out absolutely wonderful! The strawberries were very fresh and sweet, the chocolate was just what I asked for, and the decorations were beautiful and tasteful! That same day, for my daughter's birthday, I received another bouquet of chocolate-covered strawberries, but from a different store. I won't mention the name to avoid negative publicity; it may have been an isolated incident, but the strawberries in the second bouquet were clearly frozen or thawed several times, and several were simply spoiled. The arrangement was also beautifully composed, and the basket was even slightly larger, but the berries inside were spoiled, and compared to my bouquet of sweet and fresh strawberries, it not only looked inferior, it made me question the supplier...
