These people are incredibly sensitive and attentive. The person I sent flowers to, an elderly person, didn't answer his phone for two days. The store sent a courier several times, kept calling the recipient, and it took two days for the flowers to be delivered. I'm eternally grateful to the store for their patience and persistence.
