I'm delighted with the store and the service. The charisanthemums were a different shade - they were whiter. I wrote to the seller asking for a brighter bouquet, and the seller responded and replaced them with peach ones. 😍 My recommendation. 😅

Initially, the bouquet sent didn't look like the photo. The manager contacted me personally and informed me of delivery issues and poor-quality flowers. The girls responded appropriately to my comments and, shall we say, dissatisfaction 😄 but we discussed a replacement option and everything was done perfectly in the end :) I'm happy, and the recipient is happy.
