The girls are sooooo polite, the manager or owner (I'm not sure what their title is) is so polite. I haven't experienced service like this in a long time. You can really trust them and not worry. We had some minor changes to our order, and everything was resolved with ease. Everything about the bouquet was perfect. But the most important thing is the customer service, and it's top-notch here! Mommy is absolutely delighted! 😍🙏🏻 We spent the whole day choosing flowers for Mom's birthday, and we couldn't have been more wrong with choosing you! They were fresh and luxurious, as if they'd just come from the flowerbed. A special thank you to the seller—she was incredibly sensitive and responsive. I literally wrote the night before, arranged delivery for today by 11 or 12, and left my wishes. They contacted me that morning, promptly helping me with everything, and they did it with such warmth and sincerity that I immediately felt they cared. I confirmed the order, and the bouquet arrived lightning fast! I must admit, I was simply amazed by their customer service. You're great!
