The girls are sooooo polite, the manager or owner (I'm not sure what their title is) is so polite. I haven't experienced service like this in a long time. You can really trust them and not worry. We had some minor changes to our order, and everything was resolved with ease. Everything about the bouquet was perfect. But the most important thing is the customer service, and it's top-notch here!
