Заказ из свежих цветов ,при заказе цветы были не особо яркие так как были из свежей поставки ,перед отправкой все рассказали сразу предупредили ,и объяснили порядок действий ,у вечеру цветы распустились и стали выглядеть превосходно .

Все было на высоте, доставка, сервис, но к сожалению , цветы изначально приехали вроде в шикарном виде, но на следующий у основании самого бутона пиона - произошло образование , будто уже лежат две недели, а не один день и в течении пару дней, когда только раскрылись - уже пахли гнилью (завяли будто сразу же)
UPD: Связалась со мной и сразу же решили вопрос, добавив бесплатно цветочки в коробке и шоколад ручной работы - огромное спасибо вам , продолжайте радовать клиентов!
