It's great that this large chain truly cares about the customer's words and feelings. We had a problem. I thought it was too late to fix it. I was so surprised that the customer comes first with this company! The central office contacted me, then the store itself. They offered a replacement and, most importantly, they completed the order on time, even giving me a gift! Of course, I'm grateful to everyone who helped resolve the issue quickly, within a few hours! Your service and customer focus are top notch. Thank you and I definitely recommend you! In this day and age, when we're used to using the internet and ordering goods, there's no guarantee a company will respond immediately and resolve the issue. Thanks again, my mom smiled and was delighted with the flowers on her birthday!
