Thank you so much for organizing the bouquet for my mom's birthday! The florists are very polite and accommodating. It also happened that the florist who arranged the bouquet and signed the card had a handwriting very similar to mine, which touched my mom deeply, because unfortunately, I live in another city and couldn't congratulate her in person. A huge thank you to the store staff! ❤️ I wanted to surprise my mom and ordered flowers. Upon delivery, I discovered she wasn't home. The staff tried their best to help: at first, they tried to deliver the bouquet to another address, but ended up delivering it to a third. No one was nervous and everyone was extremely understanding. I'll definitely be ordering again!
