The recipient was very pleased; the store took all their requests into account: they beautifully packaged the order in a cool bag, and, at their request, placed the bag in a box so the recipient wouldn't see what was inside until after unpacking. The store also conveyed the customer's regrets regarding the delivery to the courier, even going so far as to say the code word "Nya!" when handing over the order. The courier turned out to be a very sweet girl who didn't even call the buyer's or the recipient's phone, or even the intercom, but magically appeared at the door and delivered the gift exactly as planned. Everyone did the best job, thank you all!

I ordered a violet as a gift for my teacher. The flower is simply wonderful, very well-cared for! The packaging is absolutely stunning; the olive-green bag with the paper looks incredibly stylish and expensive, even better than in the photo.
