We had a minor incident with the florist first: I ordered the wrong flowers. When I contacted the store via chat, they contacted me immediately and refunded the cost of the bouquet. A store employee also called and offered to send a sweet gift as an apology. What surprised me was that same employee actually delivered the sweet gift herself, wrote a long apology note, and wasted her time at such a time. 🥹💔
I was so pleased and warmed by their customer service! How attentive and caring they are 🫶🫶
I'll definitely order a bouquet from you again ❤️
